Processing

Normally it takes 3 to 7 days for us to process your order. The time is depended on the specific product's or item's complexity, design, and size. Please noted that, holidays and weekends are exclusive.

What is the processing time?
  • The processing time refers to the date upon we received your order till we shiped out to you.

  • Larger orders naturally require more time. We typically need 7 business days to process your order. However, please note that processing times can also be affected by factors such as the inventory status of individual items, the time of year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes a highly popular item experiencing inventory issues, it may take up to 7 business days to process and ship. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these delays may cause and greatly appreciate your patience.

  • Upon receiving your order, we conduct rigorous quality control checks and testing to ensure the product's quality before shipment, aiming for your complete satisfaction. This process may involve detailed internal inspections.

  • If you wish to cancel a backordered item from your order, please simply  contact us and we will assist you.
Shipping

We ship products with [LANTU CROSS-BORDER SUPPLY CHAIN] and  [KAIQI SUPPLY CHAIN] as our logistics partners. They select the carrier they deem most suitable for our customers. Please refer to the shipping fee on our website for average delivery times to different continents.

Important Notes

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska cannot be delivered via expedited shipping methods.

Please contact our customer service for tracking information; we will be happy to look it up for you.

For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified consolidated shipping.

Regarding Taxes & Duties
  • Goods from our plant are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Therefore, any and all applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are charged once the parcel arrives in the destination country.

  • If any extra fees, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • If a customer refuses a package due to import duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees.

  • Please note that, in accordance with customs regulations, purchased items cannot be declared as "gifts" or listed at a value lower than the actual product price.
Policies for Non-Delivery & Claims
  • Delivery may be delayed if a parcel takes longer to arrive due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons (e.g., war, floods, typhoons, storms, earthquakes, severe weather conditions).

  • Should such delays occur, appropriate solutions will be devised to minimize your loss.
Claim Period
  • For expedited shipping services, if a parcel does not arrive or is signed for by someone else, please contact us within 1 month of the shipment date.

  • For all other shipping methods, if a parcel does not arrive on time, please contact us within 3 months of the shipment date.

  • Our customer service representatives will respond with a solution within 24-48 hours. Requests made after these claim periods may not be processed.
